Power Flow Yoga

60 MINUTE CLASS

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm ET | Zoom

Thursdays Slow Flow Power Yoga | 7:30-8:30 pm ET | Zoom or In Person

Power Yoga session will focus on yoga poses (asanas) which flow into each other in a sequential way. Join Denise as she guides, encourages, and challenges you to flow from one pose to the next to improve strength, tone, flexibility and help ring out your body – maybe even open your awareness to a different possibility of YOU! A great way to tone and strengthen YOUR body using YOUR body! Poses can always be modified where difficulty may occur. Trust your body to let you know. The practice concludes with savasana – deep rest.

In Person & Zoom class is taught simultaneously.

Listen to your body. Back out of pose if you feel pain. Connect if you have questions, would like to join a class or set up private meeting. Enjoy safe movement of your body.

Yin Yoga

60 MINUTE SESSION

Sundays 8:00-9:00 pm | Zoom

A Yin Yoga class is the opposite of a Power Yoga class. It incorporates long holds of poses and stillness vs a flow or short quick movements and is intended to target ligaments, joints and fascia that encompass so much of our body. Gather your yoga blocks, blankets and/or bolsters to assist you when you are taken to one of your ‘edges’. Breath, awareness and stillness will also help in the release of what needs to go. This practice is done primarily on your mat – so the blanket can also be used as a cushion for knees.
