Glengarry Encore Presentation - Chair Yoga
Glengarry Encore Education Centre is an organization in Alexandria, Ontario for adults to explore and learn about varying interests. Denise will present an information session about yoga and chair yoga, including a Chair Yoga class geared towards the participants in attendance. Chair Yoga, Yoga, Movement, Meditation, Grounding. These are some of the elements of yoga.

Thursdays | 7:30-8:30pm | In Person or ZoomA slow, mindful yoga practice combining movement and yoga asanas to strengthen and stretch with the intention for you to gear down and de-stress. Take this time for yourself to help calm your nervous system, breathe deeply and be where you are. This class is a combination of Rest & Restore Mindful Meditative Movement class and the Slow Flow Power Yoga class previously slotted for this time.
