HOW DO I REGISTER?
Contact me through the website, through email or by phone. Please let me know which class or classes you are interested in. I will send you a waiver form to complete and return. Send the appropriate amount by e-transfer to my email address or cash if we are in person. Come to an in person class or if virtual, I will send off the links to the classes for you to join. Join the class(es) of your choice. See you soon on your mat!

WHAT TYPES OF YOGA DO YOU TEACH?
I teach a variety of yoga ‘types’. Currently, Power Flow Yoga (Vinyasa style), Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, a Mindful Movement Yoga class and as well a yoga class which combines Chair Yoga and Mindful Movement class.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED FOR VIRTUAL YOGA?
A yoga mat. Space to set up your mat, an internet connection and your device. Setting your device in a location where most of you (if not all of you) is visible for me is advantageous. Yoga blocks, strap or a small towel, and a folded blanket. Water to refresh yourself as needed. Comfortable clothes to move in.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CHAIR YOGA?
Same as above with these considerations: A chair without arms or wheels is preferred. A yoga mat is not a necessity, but it allows for better grip and comfort under the chair and your feet. Also, one or two yoga blocks can be an asset if the floor is too far away from your foot. I also use a yoga block as a tool to strengthen our core. Water to refresh yourself. Comfortable clothes to move in.
WHAT IS AN ALL IN PASS?
The ALL IN PASS (AIP) is intended to allow students an affordable way to access all the virtual classes offered by NMTS. For one monthly, session or seasonal fee, yogis are welcome to join in any or all virtual classes offered for the time period. Recordings of any missed classes are available for approximately 3 weeks after a class. Classes in between sessions or missed classes by me (the teacher) are usually YouTube recordings sent in advance.
WHAT OTHER MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
Memberships per session or per class. Currently monthly memberships are not available. I have some yogis who will combine in person classes with virtual classes.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Private yoga classes are offered here in Ste-Anne-de-Prescott, ON or in your space within an hour’s drive or virtually. Semi private or group private classes are also available virtually or in person.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR NEWSLETTER and EMAIL LIST?
